Multi-Screen Presentation for ASAE Conference 2018
At the 2018 ASAE Conference in Chicago, we were tasked with creating a captivating, multi-screen presentation to announce Columbus, Ohio, as the next year’s conference location. Collaborating with Experience Columbus, we developed a visually dynamic presentation that spanned over 80 feet, featuring stunning drone footage of the city, vibrant shots of its nightlife, and a personalized introduction by Jeni Britton Bauer, founder of Jeni’s Splendid Ice Creams. The goal was to showcase the city’s energy, culture, and appeal to build excitement among the attendees.
Our team handled both content creation and technical execution. We coordinated closely with the AV team to ensure seamless playback across all screens and utilized advanced editing techniques to create a cohesive, engaging narrative. The result was an immersive presentation that drew attendees in from the very start and maintained their engagement throughout, effectively highlighting the unique charm of Columbus.
The presentation was a resounding success, generating increased anticipation for the next year’s conference. Attendees and ASAE organizers praised its high-quality production and the impact it had in showcasing Columbus, making it a memorable and exciting reveal for everyone involved.
